The objective of this service is to inform and/or provide prompt support to the Client’s employees in charge of HR relations in order to provide a rapid and appropriate response to everyday issues.
It is therefore an informative based support and not a structured transfer of know-how.
The service aims to provide clients with a telephone based help desk to solve issues related to:
• standard salary related issues: • protected event management, questions on parental leave, questions related to family allowance, deductions, severance indemnities, application of the law in terms of working hours, overtime work and rest days, questions on the various types of absences, holidays and vacations, management of Fringe Benefits, clarifications on decontribution premiums;
• human resource administration: recruitment, dismissals, transformation of work contracts and suggestions on how to choose the best employment contract, short explanations on how to complete the following forms: DS 22, LD 86/88, Sa sost, Work incidents, disabled workers report, seasonal contracts, family allowances. Communications and correspondence of various kinds with the relative institutes, indications on how to keep labour documents (payrolls, master file and incident register), clarifications on compulsory reports Dm 10, Cud, 770, Emens;
• interpreting of the labour law/National Collective Labour Contract: contract renewals and relative application, interpretation of new/old regulations, clarification on circular letters sent by various Institutes.
