Fabio Corno, Professor, chartered accountant
Associate professor in business administration in Bicocca, after studying in the US (GWU, Harvard and Columbia University) and at the Bocconi University, he commenced his chartered accountant career.
After a period working alongside Prof. Vittorio Coda in the preparation of business and CTP assessments, he focused on supporting entrepreneurs and companies in their development and change processes, also at an international scale, with particular reference to the Indian market. He operates as an Advisor in extraordinary M&A transactions, as well as in important restructuring processes; he also acts as an appraisals expert; he is also a Court appointed Expert.
He is the author of monographs and articles on the subjects of business development, intangible equity, ethics in government enterprises, IAS financial statements and control systems. At a university level he is the director of MAIB, Triple Master Degree in International Business Development (www.maib.unimib.it), in collaboration with Alliance University (India) and Centennial College (Canada).
Massimliano Borello, General manager
He started his professional career in 1996 with Arthur Andersen where he spent 4 years in the auditing and certification department in addition to providing business consulting services in various fields. From 2000 to 2004 he worked as financial controller for the Kantar TNS Group, a world leader in ad hoc market research and marketing consulting services. From 2004 to 2017 he was administration and finance director at Bonelli Erede, a first rate Italian Law firm specialised in international law.
In March 2017 he joined Studio Corno in his capacity as General Manager.

Nicola Asnaghi, Chartered accountant, statutory auditor
Degree in Business Administration at the Carlo Cattaneo University in Castellanza (Va). Member of the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers of Monza (2010). He has been collaborating with Studio Corno since 2005. He mainly deals with tax and corporate consulting, with particular reference to tax and the administrative and fiscal obligations at an international level. Since 2005, he has gained experience in the corporate and strategic advice sector, focusing on the management of the critical stages of businesses with extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions, restructuring and disposals of companies. He is a member of a number of boards of statutory auditors for unlisted companies and cooperates with the Court of Monza concerning judicial liquidation activities for companies subject to bankruptcy proceedings. He is one of the Firm’s contact persons for the Russell Bedford International network.

Simona Anzani, Chartered accountant , legal auditor
Degree in Political Sciences specialising in International Economics, she took master’s degree in tax law at the IPSOA centre. She has been a member of the Bar of Chartered Accountants of Monza and Brianza since 2001 and the Bar of Statutory Auditors since 2003. She has been working with Studio Corno since 2012 and deals mainly with ordinary and extraordinary tax consultancy, as well as administrative and corporate consulting. She deals with clients in the management of corporate crises, in particular arrangement and corporate restructuring plans. She previously collaborated with a leading accounting firm in Lecco and for several years was a company manager in European multinational groups, holding the position of Director of Administration and Finance of the respective Italian branches.

Federico Calloni, Chartered auditor, statutory auditor
Degree in Business Administration at the Carlo Cattaneo University in Castellanza (Va). Member of the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers of Busto Arsizio (since 22/03/2011) and in the Bar of Statutory Auditors (in O.J. no. 50 of 24 June 2011). After gaining experience in tax and business consultancy firms, in 2010 he joined Studio Corno where he mainly deals with tax and corporate consultancy. His activities focus particularly in the areas of business consulting regarding financial statements and the application of national and international accounting standards, tax consultancy and legal opinions for companies and non-commercial entities, corporate assessments (appraisals and estimates), tax litigation defence and representation before Tax Commissions, and the analysis and evaluation of transfer pricing. He is a member of the Special Interest Group on Transfer Pricing of the international consulting network Russell Bedford International. He has gained considerable experience with specific reference to corporate and tax issues pertaining to the third sector. He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of companies and non-commercial entities.

He served as a member of the ENP commission of the Bar of Chartered Accountants of Rome (2003-2007). Speaker at national conferences at the High School of the Ministry of Economy and Finance as well as the Bar of Chartered Accountants in Rome. He has worked in leading international law firms in Italy (1998-2000) and at other professional and consulting firms (2001-2015).

Rossana Asero, Tax Consultant
He has been collaborating with Studio Corno since 1997. Head of Integrated Tax and Fiscal Services, she mainly engage in tax and fiscal litigation. After completing her high school studies specialised in Bookkeeping, and graduating in Economics and Business Administration, she extended her expertise in the accounting and financial statements field, with particular attention to tax and fiscal issues, working with various professional firms in the area. The different experiences gained in the corporate consulting and business sector have allowed her to gain an in-depth knowledge of and thorough understanding of tax and corporate issues, and also both fiscal and administrative skills specifically dedicated to individuals and partnerships.

Enea Dimauro, Tax consultant
He has been collaborating with Studio Corno since 1995, after having gained significant experience in corporate administration and financial aspects. Tax Adviser and Head of the Accounting, Taxation and Financial Statement Area, he is specialised in the analysis and control of corporate affairs from an administrative-accounting perspective, with a focus also on tax issues. He conducts his activities paying special attention to the corporate consulting in the financial statements field, the application of national and international accounting standards, VAT issues, as well as consulting and tax legal opinions especially in relation to limited companies.
Arnaldo Gatto, Tax consultant
He has been collaborating with Studio Corno since 2001, after gaining a twenty-year work experience in the administration and ADV Buyer field in enterprises operating in the graphic-advertising industry. He mainly deals with the management and coordination of accounting and tax areas, paying particular attention to companies subject to special regimes: margin and road hauliers regime.

Lella Ottolina, Tax Consultant
She has been collaborating with Studio Corno since 1994, after having gained significant experience in the corporate sector. She focuses on accounting and tax advice and assistance, the preparation of financial statements and tax return forms for medium-sized limited companies. She coordinates a team of experts who support the client throughout every phase of the accounting process, from the registration of invoices and other similar documentation to the discussion of the financial statements and tax return forms.

Orlando Pozzi, HR manager and labour consulting
Valentina Commisso, Labour Consultant
Labour Consultant member of the Bar of Milan since 2012, she also gained certification as Civil and Commercial Mediator in Verona in 2012. She collaborated with professional firms in Milan and Florence, as well as having significant experience in direct contact with businesses and enterprises. After a lengthy experience in fiscal matters, she decided to specialise in Labour law and has been collaborating with Studio Corno since 2013 in charge of HR management and labour law issues.
Lidia Maria Sella, Labour Consultant
After graduating with honours in Labour Consultancy at the University of Bologna (2009) and a Masters in HR Organisation and Management at Bocconi University in Milan (2010), she began her working career in the field of human resource management. She first started collaborating with Studio Corno as a trainee and then, in 2016, after gaining professional certification and membership with the Bar of Monza, she became a Labour Consultant. She particularly focuses on HR administration and provides advice in the field of labour law and contracts.
