Giorgio Corno took part, as Co-chair of the Technical Commitee, in the annual congress of Insol Europe in Dublin on 3-6 March. Barry Cahir (Deputy President of Insol Europe), together with Giorgio Corno, supervised the conception and drafting of the conference programme.
One of the main topics was the implementing Eu Directive on Restructuring and Insolvency, which was adopted on 20 June 2019. The congress was the opportunity to discuss and assess the pratical consequences of the national choices.
On Friday 4th March Giorgio Corno was the panel leader of the sessione “Real Estate Industry – Cross border issues and court cases. The panellists were John Briggs, Kelley Smith and Michael Thierhoff Andersen.
