Fabio Corno
Fabio Corno has over thirty years’ experience in corporate restructuring and reorganisation procedures and in internationalisation processes. He is an auditor and board member of national and international companies.
He acts as Advisor in extraordinary M&A operations, as well as in the conception and implementation of important and significant corporate transactions. He carries out company evaluations, including those relating to the redetermination of purchase values of shareholdings not traded on regulated markets. He acts as an expert for estimates and is active as a CTU for the Court.
Since 2005 he has been Associate Professor of Business Economics and Director of the MAIB – Triple Degree Master in International Business Development at the University of Milan – Bicocca.
He is the author of monographs and articles on entrepreneurial development, intangible assets, ethics in corporate governance, IAS financial statements and control systems.
