Ruggero Castoldi is dedicated to consulting in the field of commercial law and coporate crisis, as well as on privacy and data protection issues.

He assists both national and international companies for the adaptation to Reg. EU 679/2016 (GDPR). He regularly assists bodies appointed as part of insolvency proceedings at the Courts of Lombardy.

He is registered with the Monza Bar Association.
