Stefania Caltabiano has been a lawyer at the Court of Milan since 1992 and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales since 1991. She is a civil and commercial mediator in Italy and the United Kingdom and currently acts as a facilitator, coordinating cross-border legal projects.

As a lawyer with solid experience in the management of transactions and disputes, she is dedicated to commercial, civil consultancy for both companies and private clients, as well as financial market law and asset management.

She was a project manager for legal and technical defence in several countries for a German client (both individual and company) operating in the European railway industry.

She was legal counsellor for Yang Tze Law, a Chinese law firm based in London, Hong Kong and Shenzen. She served as EMEA Chair for the international legal network LAWorld.

In her thirty years of professional experience, she began as a solicitor in the banking department of the international law firm Clifford Chance, to later go on and fill the role of General Counsel in Rete Ferroviaria Italiana.
