Stefano Pittau
Stefano focuses on corporate and business acquisitions, as well as out-of-court corporate advice, both for the protection of shareholders or directors and in out-sourcing from SMEs or multinational groups.
She also assists in negotiating real estate contracts and resolving potential disputes, including in court. Assistance is also provided at international level, as well as in distressed situations.
Stefano began his professional career in a law firm in Milan, gaining experience also in corporate crisis, procurement and litigation and ADR.
He is also a member of the Monza Bar Association.
